Do you offer a free or paid trial for Modern classes?
We offer a low-cost paid trial so dancers can experience our Modern classes before joining. It’s the perfect chance to meet the teacher, enjoy the atmosphere and see if it’s the right class for you. The small fee secures your space and helps us maintain high-quality, focused sessions.
What ages can join Modern at AIM?
Modern is open to dancers from 4 years through to adults. Classes are grouped by age and ability, ensuring every student learns safely, builds confidence and progresses at a pace that suits them.
Do I need previous experience to join?
Not at all. Our Modern classes welcome both beginners and experienced dancers. Lessons are tailored to individual ability, focusing on posture, alignment, control and creative expression as you build strength and artistry.
What should I wear for my first Modern class?
Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows movement is ideal — leggings and a top are perfect for trials. Dancers usually work in bare feet or soft dance shoes. Once enrolled, our team will guide you through the AIM uniform available in the AIM Shop.
