How your payments work
39 teaching weeks.
12 equal monthly payments.
Our classes follow the academic year and AIM’s term dates. We spread the annual class cost evenly across the year to make budgeting easier.
Let’s use one 60-minute class as an example
If your child attends one 60-minute class each week, your monthly Direct Debit is £26.50. In a month with four scheduled teaching weeks, they would attend four classes.
Across the full 39-week programme, the annual class cost is £318. This is divided into 12 equal monthly payments of £26.50.
And during school holidays?
You still pay £26.50 each month. The number of classes in an individual month may vary, but your payment stays the same because it covers a share of the annual programme. You are not paying extra for classes during the holidays.

Your payment questions, answered
Is £26.50 the price of one lesson?
No. It is the monthly payment for one 60-minute class each week during teaching weeks. It is your share of the annual class cost, spread across 12 equal payments.
Will my child have exactly four classes every month?
The number depends on the calendar and AIM’s term dates. A month with four teaching weeks includes four weekly classes. Other months may have more or fewer. Your monthly payment stays the same.
What if my child wants to attend several classes?
The total depends on the classes they choose. Tell the AIM Admin Team which classes you are interested in and we’ll confirm the monthly cost before you join.
How do we pay?
The admin team sends a secure payment link for the trial. If you continue afterwards, monthly membership payments are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless.
What if we decide to stop?
No notice is needed to stop after the trial. For an ongoing membership, we ask for one month’s notice to cancel your subscription. Contact the AIM Admin Team to arrange this.
Can we join partway through the academic year?
Contact the AIM Admin Team about available classes and start dates. We’ll explain your first payment and ongoing monthly amount before you join.
