Can I exchange or return this item?

Yes — non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn and in their original packaging.
We’re unable to accept returns for personalised/printed items unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually processed in 7-10 working days. Personalised items may take a little longer. You’ll receive an email when your order is on its way.

Can I collect from the studio?

Yes — All orders are delivered to AIM reception for collection the next time your attend class. We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect at the AIM studios.

Is this item approved for AIM classes?

Yes. All products listed in our shop are teacher-approved for AIM classes for the stated grade/discipline. Please check the product description for any class-specific notes.

How do I care for my uniform?

Unless stated otherwise, wash at 30°C, reshape and air-dry. Avoid tumble drying and do not iron over printed or embroidered areas. Always follow the care label supplied with the garment.

What happens if something is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you with an estimated restock date and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. You can also choose an alternative or a refund if you prefer.
